Luck o' the Irish?
'This is just a warm up before my REAL workout,' Exavier boasts as he climbs through the ring ropes. 'Who are you, anyway?' The Irish stud replies: 'Devil Devitt, who are you?' his hunky opponent seems genuinely unimpressed. Exavier answers by flexing his muscles. As always, Exavier is confident and cocky. Since coming to BGEast, his record isn't as impressive as his arrogance might pretend'two losses (to The Marauder and Cybertron in the MASKED MAYHEM series) and a couple of wins over opponents he outweighed by many pounds. Despite his feigned ignorance, he is VERY aware who his opponent is. Exavier knows that Devitt's BGEast debut was a very close contest with Jonny Firestorm'one of those overmatched opponents Exavier made mincemeat out of'and so he figures, 'hey, if this irish punk couldn't easily demolish that little Firestorm runt, what possible chance does he have against me?!'
What Exavier doesn't know, however, is the Jonny Firestorm he took apart and the Jonny who nearly took down the Devil were two completely different wrestlers. Big Ex took Jonny down BEFORE he started his private training with the Boss and after Jonny added 20 lbs of solid man muscle. Devitt wrestled him AFTER. Devitt's not some wimp wannabe hired because The Boss enjoys watching handsome men with defined bodies get the crap kicked out of them - although it's undeniable that he does! Devil has a strong amateur and shoot-fite background and is a bonafide professional wrestling star. His body is lean, muscled and strong. The battle with Jonny lit a fire in his belly to beat more top BG East stars'and Exavier's mouth and attitude make him a prime target. Two very gifted international wrestling stars.
