Size Immaterial: The Power of Knock Outs
Braden Charron is a veteran of the BG East locker room, having made his serious wrestling debut here and appearing on over 20 previous BG East products. His career takes him in and out of bodybuilding, and here we see him flexing in front of the mirror, owning the ring wearing purple trunks that definitely accent his assets. Some might find Braden's self-admiration a little egotistical, but who wouldn't do the same? As Charron steps up and into the ring, his opponent enters the arena. Charron scoffs, "Seriously man, you're the one they sent today? A little babyface like you... you sure you know how to wrestle?"
The gold clad Tim Messina replies, "Yeah I know how to wrestle." When you only weigh around 145 pounds like Messina does, you HAVE to know how to wrestle! When you're that light, matches can be tough enough even with skill, but scrappy Messina is not afraid to take on larger competitors. Just ask Austin Cooper.
As the men prepare to do battle, the contrast in their physiques is striking. Charron, short but broad, a bodybuilder between competitions, still built like a tank. Messina, tall, thin, a twig next to the big man, but lippy and unbowed. Braden immediately picks a body part and starts working on it. After a forearm smash to Messina's back, Braden follows it up with three massive body slams and a surfboard. And though turnbuckle pads provide a little bit of cushion, they are not as thick as pillows... as Tim's back found out, after Charron whipped him back-first, hard into the turnbuckles.
But if there's a perk to being a lightweight, speed is usually on your side. As Braden picks up Messina for a power move, Tim is able to squirm free. He then catches the big man off-guard with a combination of drop kicks and a flying big splash off the top, like Jimmy Snuka! Tim then scores the first knock out of the match, sending Charron to lala-land with a tight-held sleeper! Perhaps Charron shouldn't have taken his smaller opponent so... lightly?
Tim allows Charron to come to, before resuming his offense with a nice hammerlock and even a modified camel clutch. However, Messina goes to the well one too many times by again attempting a sleeper hold. After Charron takes control, he does what any good heel should do in a match with no referee... he starts choking the life out of Messina, with both hands wrapped firmly around Tim's throat! And Braden doesn't break the choke after five seconds, or even ten. No! He squeezes the life out of Messina for a solid minute. Tim gasps for air as his face turns red and his tongue starts hanging out - exactly the kind of torment knockout fans love. Charron is able to even the score at one a piece, yet seemed to savor keeping his opponent conscious for more.
However, Tim stuns Braden with a DDT, and pulls off Charron's purple trunks, revealing two things: 1) the beefcake is fashion conscious, wearing a matching purple thong, and 2) the bountifully plump cakes of the beefcake! Humiliation in exchange for the humiliating choke! Enraged, Braden takes the tape off his wrist and begins to choke the pencil necked Tim in ernest now! While Messina struggles to regain consciousness, Braden removes Messina's golden trunks, revealing a nice black and blue G-string. Could the black and blue colors be an omen of things to come?
The last several minutes of the match are mostly one-sided, in a thong knockout finale! The final knockout will have you gasping! Chokes, power moves, or sheer exhaustion: who will be the victor: the beefy Charron, or the slender Messina? Size doesn't matter here, it's the power of the KO.
