The contrasts between Santiago and Sir Dark are striking. Both rookies showed up with extensive underground wrestling experience, but the similarity ends there. Santiago, in just his second BG East match, is a stunning specimen of physical fitness. His signature 8-pack abs and sculpted pecs look like armor on his tall, perfectly proportioned frame. He's handsome, like some dazzlingly pretty fairy tale prince, but with the cocky edge of an erotic warrior hungry to put all of those gorgeous muscles to work dominating an outmatched opponent. Santiago sports the perpetual smirk of someone accustomed to turning heads and getting his way.
Making his BG East debut, Sir Dark shows up sporting a decidedly different profile. He's a perpetual live wire coursing with electricity. He's shorter and leaner than his opponent. Tattooed and self-consciously decked out in black trunks and gloves, he's chomping at the bit to start breaking Santiago from the moment he steps into the ring. "Look at you, the perfect jobber," Sir Dark declares. "I'm going to enjoy this!"
Santiago's excess of muscle and size set the pace as this fierce battle unfolds. He's packing way too much power for Sir Dark to match. Every test of strength ends with Sir Dark backed into a corner by the smirking muscle boy. Santiago scoops and slams Sir Dark without meeting serious resistance. "Come on, really? Look at these muscles," he snarls in his opponent's face when Sir Dark gets more and more pissed at being so easily manhandled. To add insult to injury, he rips Sir Dark's trunks off within minutes, leaving the raging Italian wearing nothing but a thong and red-hot rage.
"The fight starts now," Sir Dark declares, shifting his unbridled aggression into high gear. He's too fast and too aggressive for Santiago to keep in check. A single leg take down puts the muscle man on his back, legs forced wide apart, and Sir Dark's heel stomping savagely into his balls. Again, and again, he's two steps ahead of his opponent, trapping the pretty boy into a fresh agonizing submission hold every time Santiago tries to fight back. "You had this coming, Sir Dark declares with a lip curling snarl, as he leaps off the ropes and batters the stunned stud like a missile.
Momentum swings back and forth, pitting Santiago's superior strength and size against Sir Dark's speed, deep arsenal of submission holds, and unhinged aggression. The winner is the one who does more than just squeeze screaming submissions out of his rival. He's the one clawing his defeated opponent's balls with impunity, sitting on the lucky loser's face, and sucking the fight out of his rival with relentless lip locks. Both of these sensational rookies are putting fans and future opponents on notice. These men wrestle hard and intensely, and there's a lot more at stake than just a win-loss record.
