The Man in the Mirror
"Fuck with me, huh? Don't interrupt my face time with my mirror!" Clearly Kieran thinks he has better things to do than to muss his hair wrestling the new guy. The mirror calls. But Gino's mere presence here is keeping him from that task. For the affront of biting into Kieran's valuable "me time," the young veteran uses all the force of his extremely powerful legs against the small of Gino's back. He's ready to bust the young fighter in two just so he can get back to perfecting his Blue Steel look or whatever.
Over the years, Dunne's arrogance has been growing at the same pace as his massive pecs, shoulders, and thighs. For a while now Kieran has been cultivating a heel attitude - an ego somewhat out of proportion to his actual accomplishments as a BG East grappler. It's not that he lacks good reason for his vanity. In the absence of a cooling breeze, perspiration makes Kieran's skin glow as the match wears on, and the glimmering muscle is enough to make a person's jaw drop. The guy looks fantastic, so it's not hard to figure out why he might enjoy studying that magnificent physique in a mirror.
Still, wrestling is what BG East is all about, and Gino wants to fight. He gets his chance about midway through the match, catching Kieran from behind in a full nelson and stretching the veteran's shimmering physique up and out, fully exposed to the camera. The mirror's loss is our gain, though. Dunne moans, his face contorted by pain and rage, and his beefy torso writhes. What's more satisfying here: watching the musclehead take a blow to the ego? or seeing that pink, smooth muscle laid out for us like a picnic lunch? That's a hard call to make. Very hard. And fortunately we don't have to choose.
As the match nears its climax, the two men are caught up in a struggle of domination and punishment. Kieran may want nothing more than to gaze upon his own physical perfection, but clearly he gets some kind of sick kick also from twisting Gino's body into shapes the human anatomy was not meant to take. It's a battle of wills to the finish, with a startling finish that features a backbreaking bear hug that may just make you cry for your mama, plus not one but two long, intense, and devastating sleepers. Great gazebo grappling!
