Was it a just year ago that Exavier debuted at BGE? From thrashing the rising Firestorm to being ball bashed and atomic-wedgied by The Marauder, it's been a wild and wide ride. Exavier's star has flamed like a meteor! And speaking of flaming - does anyone on the BG roster have more flamboyant gear?! Here Exavier poses in the mirror, increasingly comfortable displaying his body for his own and the audience's pleasure, his new 'bunny' trunks gracing his beefy bod. But maybe he's too comfortable: "It never fails," he laments when newbie Owens enters. "Whenever I get a moment alone in the ring, someone idiot interrupts." Like a good exhibitionist, he adapts, going so far as to advise the rookie, "Check out these glutes!"
But when the relatively evenly matched Owens backs Exavier into a corner from a collar and elbow and later counters a wristlock into a headlock, his claim, "See, I told you I was stronger than I looked," may hold more than a kernal of truth truth. A face bash into the turnbuckle confirms it as Exavier wobbles on rubber legs. And when Owens not only forces the first submission with a clever half nelson, leglock combo but rises to stomp Exavier out of the ring, an upset may be in the making. "It's not how big they are; it's how hard they fall!"
