...A huge, leaping elbow drop allows an easy pin but Cole's tank is far from empty. Cole capitalizes with a bow 'n arrow that makes rarely-on-the-receiving-end Joe gasp, "Oh shit!" One round apiece, and Cole throws in a sneering mindfuck along with heavy boots to the ribs. Joe stumbles into a bodyslam. Cole shows his power, lifting the undefeated heavyweight monster heel in an inverted bearhug as prelude to a tombstone, Cole can practically taste victory. But just because Joe's never had to resort to one, that doesn't mean he isn't full of surprises... The match could go either way, and on another day, it might have. But victory is total--a methodical pin courtesy of a high-impact finishing move. The winner mugs for the camera: "You had your chance, but couldn't finish the job!" and taunts, "In the end, look who's on his back, and look who walks away!" But with guys like this and an unreffed ring like ours, "victory" doesn't always mean "the end." As blatant and as huge a low blow as we've ever seen has one writhing, twitching and moaning, ripe for a most unsporting final attack. "Just so you remember me for a long, long time."
