Big, Bad -- Don't Cross Him!
Check out Backyard Brawls 14 from Catalog 157 to see the prequel of this match, but even if you missed the prequel, this showdown between arch-heel Kayden and neo-heel Wolfboy should perk you up and make your underwear sticky. The action from that match's angry finale moves to the BGE ring, where Kayden holds the bright red gear he stole from Wolfboy - while seeing red at Wolfboy's jilting of Kayden the Trainer. "I'm going to win it back," Wolf says confidently, looking like a million bucks in new red trunks and red boots. Unfortunately, that's Keller's favorite look to tear apart piece by piece.
It's the moment the two of them lock up collar and elbow that Wolfboy realizes he is up against a bigger, stronger, and more experienced ring wrestler. But knowing Wolfy as we do, we think he would not want it any other way.
Kayden shoves his challenger into a corner, his hand on the 'trainee's throat as he bends him backwards over the top turnbuckle. "Is that all you got? That can't be all, huh?" Keller smirks contemptuously, thrusting himself away from the corner. Wolfboy immediately goes after him, and the two apply strangleholds. Keller angrily hurls Wolfboy to the opposite corner and then dives in low to pick the trainee up in a firm and torturous bearhug. Wolfy writhes in pain. Keller smashes him not one but three times against the turnbuckle and drops him. Wolfy falls, facedown at Kayden's feet. Kayden obviously has nothing to fear from the disobedient upstart. Or so he thinks.
Seemingly dead Wolfboy springs into action and thrusts his arm between the big oaf's heavy thighs to clamp down on the man's crotch. Ball-grabbing is Wolfboy's stock in trade. It's his superpower. Keller's back hits the mat and Wolfboy's on top of his junk in a flash. Keller thrusts loose, conceding that his opponent has a "couple of tricks." Wolf replies, "Oh I got a lot more than a couple of tricks, buddy." Keller invites him to a test of strength. The two clasp hands high above their heads. Keller wrenches Wolfboy's hands back and Wolf falls to one knee. Through sheer determination and amazing musculature, Wolfboy pushes back and regains his footing, but Keller twists his wrists down, and the Wolfboy cries out in pain. Wolf breaks the grip with the sole of his boot and flips Kayden to the mat. Wolfboy aims his foot again at Keller, who speedily knocks him down.
Over the next eleven minutes, the match maintains a semblance of back-and-forth equity, but despite his superheel power, clearly Keller gives way more punishment than he receives. As the battle reaches its halfway point, Wolfboy pulls a stunning reversal, leaping onto the giant's back and locking onto his neck and back like a sweaty tick. Wolfboy cuts off Kayden's air supply, and the big man, his face a sunburn shade of red, crumples facedown to the mat. It takes almost two minutes for the giant to collapse, but mere seconds for Wolfboy to strip away Keller's black singlet.
Never one to stop himself from kicking a man while he's down, Wolfboy resumes the attack before Kayden is fully conscious. He blasts Kayden's elbow, so painfully it is difficult to watch! He squats on the man's butt and pulls his head back by a fistful of hair. No fool, Wolfboy does everything he can to keep Kayden off his feet - and in dire need of painkillers. Is Kayden down for good? Don't bet on it. Does he destroy Wolfboy? Depends on what you mean by "destroy." Does he win the match? Our lips are sealed. The devastating finale will give sadists and masochists alike wet dreams for months and months!
