Sadistic Charm
"Charming" Chase Addams knows he is in for a battle. The man he's agreed to face is new to BG East, but not to the world of wrestling, and word around the group chats is that he is hunting the top dogs. For weeks, Chase has been preparing for what could be his toughest encounter yet, and now he is here, at an undisclosed location at the request of the debuting free agent, who demanded a neutral ring location to avoid any disadvantages. Chase moves through his pre-match stretch while being noticeably on edge, ready to put his signature submission skills, and trained up body to work and shut down any menace to his reputation.
A few seconds later, footsteps break the silence. The famed Sid Shaw steps in without hesitation, his presence immediately grounding the space. Shorter by a few inches but noticeably thicker, Sid's build is compact but dense, every muscle sharply defined beneath tanned, tattooed skin. His iridescent trunks cling tightly, leaving little to the imagination, and just like Chase, he was more than ready to go at it.
"Oh God... another prettyboy muscle jobber for me to tear down?" says a smirking Chase. "I signed a deal to come here today to own a piece of you..." replies the muscled hunk, clear on his intent to make Chase a warning message to the rest of the roster. Addams had studied Sid's works in other federations, but seeing him up close was different. As they circle each other, their intention seems deliberate, but when Chase extends his hand to make it official, the intent behind it doesn't seem too clean. Sid sees it â?? but takes the proferred hand anyway.
The trap comes instantly; Chase twists, trying to pull him off balance, but it turns out he wasn't fooling anyone. Shaw adjusts and shifts the pressure in one motion but is immediately stunned when Chase is ready with a quick counter, and looking about to gain full control! Shaw slips free and resets. Now both men are aware of the threat they are facing.
They lock up again, but it is a slip-and-redirect exchange, with bodies pressing, separating, reconnecting, as each man takes control in short bursts. Control shifts constantly, neither man able to hold momentum for long until Sid catches Chase mid-motion and suplexes him hard into the mat, the impact echoing through the empty space, before finally reaching the evasive 3-count.
"Oh no... We're not done yet. This is 2 out of 3..." snarls Shaw while pulling an aching Chase up by the hair. That is enough to change something. Addams moves differently after that; faster, sharper, and more deliberate in how he closes distance. His counters tightened, his holds growing more punishing, drawing Sid into positions that force him to endure sustained pressure and holds.
In this high level pro skill demo, the balance shifts again, as the match turns into a grind, each exchange more physical than the last. Control comes in flashes, taken and lost in the same breath, their bumping bodies constantly colliding, resisting, testing limits. In this stripped-down setting, where every impact feels heavier and every mistake is harder to recover from, it won't come down to strength or skill alone. It will come down to who is willing to go further - and dirtier - to settle this dispute once and for all.
