..."Did you really think you could beat this?" Shane boasts, strutting around the ring and flaunting his physique. Brendan's desperate bodyblow from his knees and subsequent headlock shuts the self-indulgent commentary down cold, but also push Shane over the edge, who counters with an atomic drop and rants, "You messed up my hair; you're gonna pay!" Three big bodyslams and a long-milked, walk-around-the-ring torture rack, and Brendan tries to crawl away. But Shane mounts his back, locks him in a camel clutch and, when the babyface begs for mercy, protests, "You can't submit: you're in the ropes!" Bareknuckled bodyblows and knee lifts in the corner--Brendan's ripe for a bulldog that's a near knock out! But, 1..., 2... no pin! "I think you've got more in you," Shane suggests, yanks him up and hits the move again. But Shane's not done, cruelly subjecting clearly out-on-his-feet Brendan to a series of picture perfect DDT's while bragging, "You've gotta be close to death!" Beau may have seized fan interest first, but Shane may be the true grinder in their partnership. Intense!
