Max is no slouch on the mats, but neither is Cole Cassidy. In fact, Cole is a trained shoot fighter, and that experience, coupled with his diabolical need to dominate and punish opponents, makes him a terror on the mats or in the ring. The two are already battling as they get to the mat area, pushing and shoving in their shorts. Given Cole's attitude and experience, Vegas oddsmakers wouldn't give Max much of a chance against the black-hearted villain. But once they get to the mats, it's clear Max has been training, and training a lot. Every move Cole makes is countered or reversed. Cole's frustration shows on his face, and when he gets control and strips Max out of his shorts, a faint smile appears. Ah, now I've got him, he thinks as he takes Max down again. But Max has a few surprises for Cole, including making him scream out a submission and stripping his shorts!
As always, when things don't go his way, Cole takes shortcuts. A low blow sets up Max for a brutal submission! But Max escapes the hold and slaps it on Cole! The seesaw struggle continues, one getting an advantage only to lose it. It's like they're playing 'anything you can do I can do better'! As the battle rages on, it's looking bad for Cole. Is Max going to be the one who finally humbles the arrogant prick or does Cole have some other vicious tricks up his sleeve? When Max gets a sleeper hold on Cole, it's lights out for the brutal heel. Or is it?
