Bang! (And A Lot of It For Your Buck!)
Mac Matthias learns fast that, despite the size difference, he is facing an equal ... at least! Jonny brings it ALL to him - submission holds, high impact slams, ALL. Soon, it's Mac having to rely on tricks just to survive. You almost start feeling sorry for the guy! When he illegally uses the ropes to catch a break from the onslaught, Jonny counters by yanking him by his long curly hair back to the center of the ring and into a viselike headscissors. The two ultra-talented fighters hold nothing back, give tit for tat, and in the process gain some respect for each other's ring, mat and combat skills.
Looking for a different tact, Mac calls for a break from the no-holds-barred, anything-goes brawling. "OK!, No more punching, no more kicking," he proposes, "just straight out wrestling." Initially wary but confident of his abilities in a clean fight, Jonny agrees, for once letting his guard down. And the trick works! Mac lures Jonny in and then charges at him, all fists and boots, showing at last his true heel colors. He gains a much-needed advantage and starts grinding the smaller scrapper down.
Each man gets a win, and then everything hangs on the grueling final fall. Mac's winning streak is on the line, and he knows it. That means anything goes. And that means anything! Mac clamps Jonny in a big bearhug, lifting Jonny clean off the mat. Then, for good measure, he charges the turnbuckle, smashing Jonny's spine up against it. He presses his head into Jonny's sternum as he pulls him tighter in his embrace. Just when it seems Jonny will submit in abject agony, he literally climbs up the big guy and head-butts him. Then he locks his sinewy legs on Mac's right arm and drags him to the mat, like a leopard taking down an antelope twice its size. Jonny targets Mac's big arms, even while relentlessly punching and elbowing the pretty heel in the face. This fight is NOT over!
Things get vicious. Mac clamps an iron claw on Jonny's abs. Firestorm retorts by grabbing Mac's curly hair to bash his head to the mat and then rakes his boot cross his pretty face. Furious, Mac determines to end Jonny Firestorm's career once and for all. Firestorm looks him right in the eye as if daring him to give it his best shot. Each tries his best to defeat the other with punishing, painful and mind-boggling submission holds. They each nail the other with devastatingly big finishing moves which would leave any just-average wrestler down for a ten count or more! Both wrestlers then earn their monikers as "iron men," and the ultimate victory is, as we would hope, uncontestable, sudden, and brutal. Extraordinary, even startling action, the likes of which ONLY BG East can produce!
