"That looked so good, felt so good, I think you need another one!"
Charlie provides his own color commentary at all times, just in case his opponent misses any of the devastating nuances of his destruction. He slaps on "the dreaded camel clutch." He nearly KO's Tim with a neckbreaker, then a surfboard, and then a body slam from just inches below the ceiling. "That looked so good, and felt so good..." Charlie crows, smiling at his writhing opponent clutching his assaulted back. "I think you need another one!"
Charlie is a force of nature, roaring from corner to corner and repeatedly leveling outmuscled Tim Messina along the way. "You're just a little kitten, not ready to hang with the big cat!" The big cat uses all those hot muscles to scoop the lean rookie up in his arms and drop him across his knee. Just once is hardly enough for Charlie. He hoists him back up into the air and drives Tim back down twice more before stretching the rookie's long, lean body across his knee for a long, screaming, intensely arched over-the-knee backbreaker. It's not as if Charlie NEEDS to resort to dirty tricks to incapacitate the rookie. He doesn't NEED to, but he just WANTS to so much! He stretches Tim backward through the ropes. He kicks him when he's down. He wraps his big, powerful hands around Tim's skull and twists it, threatening to rip the rookie's head off, just for kicks. Charlie's flexing pecs and arms leave little doubt that he could break Tim at just about any moment.
Even "the best body that wrestling has ever seen" can push his luck, though. Tim catches Charlie flat-footed with a sunset flip off the ropes, followed by an elbow to Charlie's throat that drops "the living legend" like a stone. Just when Charlie climbs back to his feet, Tim lands a killer drop kick that puts The Panther in the unaccustomed position of being flat on his back with his opponent pouncing on top. Charlie's "welcome" of Tim Messina, and the rookie's astonishing ability to take a pounding and bounce back up for more, makes this one of the most impressive rookie debuts that BG East has seen in a while. Anyone who can take 30 minutes of Charlie Panther's crippling wrestling clinic (not to mention enduring the big cat's flood of self-aggrandizing commentary) deserves some major respect!
