Even Austin Cooper, who at first tries to settle feisty Jake Jenkins down - with firm yet patient pressure, like the ideal big brother, cool headed and "concerned" - quickly descends to wild-eyed, spitting fury, lunging for Jake's jugular and savoring the sickly thud of skull upon vinyl padding. In Fall 3, the usually more reticent "Coop" and "Jenks" strip to barely-there fundoshi-like jock thongs. It's come down to this - if singlet straps get in the way or can be used as potential weapons - lose them! Now the objective of the former teammates and BFF's is to dominate and punish - simple submission is not enough. Even three submissions squawked hoarsely in a row won't do. Somebody's got to get knocked the fuck out.
Wherever we might have been thinking we were after the first two falls, we know for sure we are in BG East's exclusive "Best Wrestlers - Best Wrestling" territory now. These clean-cut guys wake up the sleeping giant in each other. It's almost as if they stayed up too late at Jonny Firestorm's sleepover - then somehow broke into the Bodywrecker's hidden stash of whoop-ass juice. But lines get crossed in Fall 3. The situation goes well past grueling and upwards towards brutal - and plainly everybody's going to be sore in the morning.
