Tag matches, though, require a much different strategy, and a different mindset, than a singles match in the ring. And the arrogant overconfidence of the cocky muscular heels looks like it could very well be their downfall when the four finally get down to business. The long, lean babyfaces have done their homework, it seems. Though this is their debut as a team, the rookie team quickly gain an advantage over their more muscular foes?tagging in and out quickly and generally making life miserable for Cole & Co.
But the babyfaces hard-won confidence is short-lived when Cole turns the tables on Brendan with a well-timed short-cut that doesn?t show in the rulebook (unless in the chapter entitled ?Against The Rules!?)?and when Cole senses weaknesses, its like dumping blood in a shark tank! And when two can punish one, well that seems to 'inspire' the heels even more! True, Cole and Damien are brutes but also true that they know their stuff. So while they make liberal use of fists and forearms and boots to smash and stomp the pretty boys senseless they also employ blody slams, back breakers, tombstones, shoulder breakers and leglocks to crush and cripple the good guys.
Cole and Damien aren?t about to give up their advantage as they start teaching the two fresh-faced youngsters a lesson in pain, and agony?.how much can the youths stand? Will Alan Day finally get his chance to pay back the brutal beating he took at the hands of the snake?or will he just get another beating?one that just might finish his career for good?
