A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and the same holds true for a tag team. For a team to be victorious, they have to work in sync; two must fight as one. Any dissension or resentment is disastrous to teamwork, and never is it more apparent than in the final fall of this battle. Alexi is disgusted, and in his heart he thinks he's been set up again by the Boss. A tag partner who seems to just let him be brutalized without even trying to come to his aid? Oh, yes, this has ALL the trademarks of a Kid Leopard set up for the sexy young Russian. And Alexi is torn between wanting to defeat the hideous heels and disdain, even disgust for the hapless Drew, who he now doubts was ever on his side! And with the match all evened up at one fall each, Team Thunder has synchronized their attack, becoming steadily more deadly as they double team and destroy the hapless rookie Drew, while Alexi bristles in his corner, finally ignoring his partner's cries for help as he is helplessly battered and even bloodied. The taunts grow crueler along with the punishment being dealt, until finally a knee-destroying figure 4 has the rookie wrestler screaming out his submission! Match over, or is it? Team Thunder has some unfinished business with Alexi as well! With Drew smashed and sprawled, Max drags Alexi in, setting him up for Cage's final humiliation...after all, it's not official until BOTH have screamed in submission, right? And when Alexi finally cries out that final submission, the winners pose and taunt their fallen foes, departing the ring in triumph, leaving behind a team in disarray, with unfinished business of their own. Each blames the other for the loss and start trading blows, a slugfest that grows more and more brutal until finally one of them is a crumpled, unmoving wreck. Non-stop action even after the final bell sounds!
