Mirror, Mirror...
Tony Cosenti is preening in the mirror admiring his impressive physique as well as his baby-blue rubber(!) fight trunks. Clay watches for a long moment, finally asking, in a condescending tone, if Tony's here to wrestle. Not waiting for the reply Clay sneakily attacks Cosenti from behind before the bell sounds the start of the match! The advantage of such a cowardly ploy is that you catch your opponent with his guard down and gain a quick and easy lead. The disadvantage, of course, when you pull that stunt on a proud competitor like Cosenti, is that you get a whole lot of muscle riled up at you really fast. It's your choice, of course, but you may as well know what's coming for you ... and coming fast. Unbeknownst to Clay C., Tony C. has come back with a point to prove!
Clay Calder is a cocky, thickly built fighter, and his ass is tucked snugly into a pair of lime-green pro fighting trunks that stretch as he shifts his weight from one foot to the other. He comes to this match, having already brushed up against the likes of fan-favorites Jaxx O'Doul and Kieran Dunne in previous BGE releases. Thus he's already made a specialty of cutting cocky babyfaces down to size. He has a famously short fuse and a rather huge chip on his shoulder, having already proven that he will resort to a cheap shot to effect a quick and easy victory in the BG ring. He sports the kind of tick strong curvy muscle that lets him take a lot of stretch and punishment in a fight. And it's a good thing, too.
Cosenti doesn't take kindly to being interrupted in the midst of one of his favorite pursuits, which is to memorize every line and detail of his body's reflection in the mirror. He's a veteran fighter, at ease on the mats, in the ring, in the oil pits, or under the gazebo. After an unpromising start as a BGE wrestler, the handsome jobber has paid his dues against such giants as Mikey Vee, Kid Vicious, and Joe Mazetti. He might well feel entitled to a little primping time in front of the mirror without being Pearl Harbored in the process.
Calder's initial advantage soon disappears. An outraged Cosenti rips into him and lets Calder know that Cosenti's squash job days are long behind him. It's a good thing that Calder is built to bounce, stretch, bend, crash, reel, and bump because his sneak attack earns him an adult-sized dose of two-fisted justice. Tony makes good use of his muscle strength lifting humpy Clay up into a power-packed bearhug, punishing him with a neck crunching full nelson and sitting deeply and heavily into a bulging, back-bending full boston crab! After mopping the floor with Calder at the end of Fall One, Cosenti is right back at the mirror, studying his muscle like he's going to have to take a quiz on it later...
