Jed knows what the BG East fans like. He's been here before. He hits the ring pumped and posing in butt-hugging red trunks, undeniably, irresistibly appealing. But he?s no tease: when he flexes his big arms and displays his physique, it's to say to the fans, ?Go ahead, look. I?m here for your enjoyment.? He?s a guaranteed draw, the sort of worker bookers call ?money,? someone who?ll put asses in those proverbial seats. And that?s Shayn?s beef: after toiling on the indy circuit, where ticket sellers and beer-hawking concession workers get paid before the wrestlers, discovering BG East, where the wrestlers come first and the fans are openly enthusiastic, was a bigger shock to the system than a perfectly pounded powerslam. When Shayn looks at jumping Jed, all muscles, smooth skin and white teeth, it?s with raw hunger: ?I?m going to teach you a lesson, son,? he promises. It?s a classic contrast: the muscular, handsome, clean cut face vs. the barrel-chested beefy bad-ass heel. And the opening collar ?n elbow lock up is appropriately old school. Two headlocks into slingshots, and Shayn bounces off that solid build like the brick wall Jed is. The tables turn when Jed runs the ropes, hits a shoulder block that sends the heel tumbling into the corner post to reconsider his arrogant assumption that BG East is easy money. A jubilant Jed displays his power with a massive gorilla press and slam, a crotch-lift and backbreaker to a painful stretch down across his knee followed by a big bad bearhug as the sweat begins to flow. This big bad pro may not be as bad-ass as he promised afterall.
