"I don't need a partner," Big Mac boasted when this tag match was proposed to him. His confidence is understandable. The big man has been unstoppable since he joined the stable at BGEast -- and both Cameron and Caleb have fallen victim to Mac's strength and skill! "I can handle them both by myself," he went on, "and it might not be fair if I had a partner." It looked as though this might have been a handicap match until Rico heard about it. Rico, like Mac, already worked Cameron over once -- and has been itching to get his hands on the youngster again. Cam's been running his mouth about Rico, it seems, and Rico wanted to make an example of him again! It took some talking, but finally Rico convinced Mac to let him come along for the beating!
Cocky Cameron has been feeling a little full of himself lately. After his last tag match, he dumped Paul Hudson as a partner and started training with lean Canadian Caleb Brand -- blaming the tag match losses on Hudson! This match-up was his idea, and some of his comments about both Mac and Rico got back to them. "Mac's a loudmouth musclehead and Rico's a mental case who should be institutionalized," he told The Boss. "With Caleb as my partner, I guarantee we'll come out on top of those two clowns!" He also insisted that The Boss provide a referee to maintain order and keep the match fair, to which The Boss reluctantly agreed. Caleb's lean and strong with a lot of ring skill and experience -- and his ability to work through pain and turn from defense to offense has impressed a lot of people. The two babyface prettyboys show up in classic white trunks and boots, ready for action -- and redemption against the older, bigger and more experienced self-described heels. And where there's smoke, there's fire!
