The ref has his hands full in this match. When Donnie Drake flies into Dick Rick, no levee, no electrified fence, no brick wall could have slowed him down or buffered the impact. Donnie is brutal even on the best of occasions, but frustrated and stressed, he takes brutishness to a new level. Frantically Dick tags Braden Charron in, and the two big barrel-chested hunks stare each other down. Braden proposes a test of strength, and Donnie cautiously accepts the challenge. Braden dominates, forces Donnie down to his knees twice. But then Donnie powers out, and it's a rasslin' match once again. Donnie D finally gets control of Braden and muscles the muscleboy over to his corner.
Freddy 4Play goes suddenly ashen when Donnie tags him in to face Braden, a beautiful man, to be sure, but pure unadulterated power. Braden and Dick take turns punishing Freddie, with perversely gleeful bloodthirstiness. They tear into him like a couple of mad dogs, double-teaming as often as legally tagging in and out. The ref has to hold a vengeful Donnie back, which only gives Dick and Braden more leeway in tormenting hapless Freddy behind the referee's back. Braden at last squeezes the kid dry in a series of bearhugs and backbreakers. The first fall goes to Braden and Dick, easily, but before the bell for the second fall sounds, Braden attacks the barely conscious newcomer again.
Bedlam ensues as Dick and Braden make illegal use of the ropes, pummel Freddy outside the ropes against the edge of the ring, slam his balls, and choke him well past the five-count. The ref looks on in helpless bewilderment. Now and then he tries to exert command to maintain order and prevent any serious damage to the woebegone last-minute substitute. But Dick, especially, openly flouts the ref's authority and mocks the rules. Donnie rushes in and tackles Dick, evening the playing field, but by now the match is chaotic beyond help. In the midst of the free-for-all Donnie inadvertently knocks the referee down. "You know," Donnie yells at the fallen symbol of order and fairplay, "you deserved that!" After three wild and woolly rounds, the official match ends with a spectacular combination camel clutch and Boston crab, and a twin set of torture racks. The ref calls for the bell and flees from the ring. But BG East isn't done with you fans yet! Expect some surprises (a betrayal, two betrayals, maybe even five, depending on how you want to count them) as the pandemonium continues even past the legal time limits of the match. Others may TRY tag team action but they ALL pale in comparison to THIS!
